Shivam Group of Companies was incepted more than a quarter of century ago mainly to serve and cater the needs of several Private and Public sector companies in and around Durgapur in the State of West Bengal, India. From its inception it served extensively for the mega industrial units of Steel Authority of India at Durgapur, Bokaro and IISCO, Burnpur. During those early years, the flagship of Shivam Group was its moderate sized Fabrication and Works unit, Hindustan Fabrication Company. This Works unit is in Panagarh, at close proximity of Durgapur. By the dint of its infrastructure, well equipped works, skilled manpower and efficient management, it was able to execute major jobs for those mega industrial units of Durgapur, Burnpur and Bokaro, time and again, years after years. The saga of success is still continuing and inspiring us to grow more and serve better. 

Inspired by the overwhelming success of its Fabrication and Manufacturing Workshop, the Shivam Group  incorporated more companies to serve the varied needs of the Industries. Two of the most prominent of these are Shivam Engineers and Shivam Technical Services Private Limited, the largest and most promising among the Group companies.  

The main objective of Shivam Engineers is to provide the Industry a wide spectrum of manpower for its specific and temporary requirements at site / works / offices.

Shivam Technical Services Private Limited is presently the flagship company of Shivam Group of Companies. It serves mainly the construction  oriented requirements of the Industry - from design detailing to fabrication, execution and commissioning

In all those years of successful existence, the Shivam Group of Companies have executed multiple, widely varied and successful orders for some giant Indian companies including SAIL,  Indian Oil Corporation Limited ( IOCL ) , Haldia Petrochemicals Limited (HPL), Larsen & Toubro Limited and many more. We are also privileged to have been able to effectively serve the requirements of several Multi-national companies including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries & Taisei Corporation of Japan and Tyazhpromexport (TPE ) of Russia. The industries presently served by us include Steel, Power, Petrochemical and Mining, apart from others.

With an aim to offer more comprehensive and effective services to the various National and International companies participating in the huge modernisation and expansion projects initiated at IISCO, Burnpur , Shivam is undertaking major expansion program to upgrade and modernize its own infrastructure, equipments and set up. This would definitely widen our service domain and also enable us to do liaison and co-ordination activities on behalf of foreign firms venturing in India for similar jobs.
